1.0 Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Mises Capital LLC and its affiliates (herein referred to as “Mises Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide and make available this website (“Site”) and its associated services, including email newsletters, associated content distribution platforms, and public Mises Capital online social media accounts (the Site and associated services collectively referred to as the “Services”).
All use of the Services is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you shall not access, browse, or use the Site or the Services.
Unless otherwise noted, all content and material on the Services—including text, images, podcasts, blog posts, videos, graphics, charts, icons, code, design, and overall appearance—are the property of Mises Capital and should not be used, modified, or reproduced without our prior written consent. All trademarks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Services are the property of Mises Capital, its affiliates, or their respective third-party owners, and the Services grant no license to them.
Mises Capital operates under applicable regulatory frameworks. The Services are intended solely to provide general information about Mises Capital, its services, and its team. Nothing in the Services is directed at nor should be relied upon by any investor or prospective investor in any vehicle managed by Mises Capital. The firm does not solicit or make investment advisory services available to the general public.
Under no circumstances should any information provided on the Services be construed as an offer or solicitation to purchase or sell any security or interest in any investment vehicle sponsored, discussed, or mentioned by Mises Capital, nor as an offer to provide investment advisory services. Any such offer is made separately and only by means of confidential offering documents provided exclusively to qualified investors who meet regulatory requirements. These investors, defined as “accredited investors” and “qualified purchasers,” are generally deemed capable of evaluating investment risks and merits independently.
There are no assurances that Mises Capital’s investment objectives will be met or that its investment strategies will be successful. Any investment in a Mises Capital managed vehicle involves significant risk, including the possibility of total loss.

We may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

Your access to and use of the Site is also subject to Mises Capital’s Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
2.0 Use of the Site and Services
2.1 Content and Intellectual Property Rights
The Services contain proprietary material, including text, images, podcasts, blog posts, videos, software, charts, code, and designs (collectively, “Content”). The Content is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute the Content without prior written consent from Mises Capital. Unauthorized reproduction or publication of any Content, including distribution on other websites, is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Trademarks
The trademarks, service marks, and logos of Mises Capital (the “Mises Capital Trademarks”) are proprietary and may not be used without our prior written consent. Other company, product, and service names referenced on the Site may be trademarks of third parties. No license or right is granted to use any trademark displayed on the Site.
2.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site’s infrastructure
- Use any automated system to access or scrape the Site
- Attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse-engineer any software on the Site
- Modify, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior authorization
- Frame, link to, or otherwise replicate the Site’s Content without prior consent
2.4 External Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Mises Capital is not responsible for the content or policies of any external websites and does not endorse or assume liability for them.
3.0 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
3.1 No Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Mises Capital makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content.
3.2 No Liability for Damages
In no event shall Mises Capital or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site, including lost profits or business interruptions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. If applicable law does not allow the exclusions above, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
4.0 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mises Capital and its affiliates from any claims, actions, or demands resulting from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Services.
5.0 Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason.
6.0 Compliance with Laws
The Site is operated from the United States. Users accessing the Site from outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.
7.0 Arbitration Agreement
7.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
You agree that any disputes related to this Agreement or the Services will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than a court. This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues before regulatory agencies where applicable.
7.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring any claims on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
7.3 Arbitration Procedures
Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
8.0 Miscellaneous
8.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the internal laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mises Capital regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements.
